We deliver exclusively within Sri Lanka.
2. Order Processing

Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 6 PM (UTC+5:30) on a business day typically begin processing the same day; those placed afterward begin processing the next business day.

Outstation & Rural Areas: 3–7 business days

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Damaged in Transit: Inspect your package immediately. Contact us within 48 hours with photos of damage so we can assist.

Lost Shipments: If tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your order, notify us within 7 days so we can investigate with the courier.
