1. Returns & Refunds

  1. Condition of Returned Items

    • Must be in the exact condition you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

    • You must enclose your original receipt or order confirmation.

  2. How to Initiate a Return

    • Email sales.rooter@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

    • Our team will confirm eligibility within 2 business days and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

  3. Return Shipping

    • For approved returns, we will email you a prepaid shipping label for delivery via our designated courier partner.

    • Items shipped back without prior RMA approval will be refused.


2. Damages & Incorrect Items

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

  • Reporting Issues: If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong product, contact sales.rooter@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will assess the issue and, if valid, arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost to you.


3. Non-Returnable & Excluded Items

The following cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., consumables, food items)

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Opened software, digital downloads or sealed media products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers

  • Sale items marked “Final Clearance”

4. Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, please initiate a return as above.

  • Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the replacement item.


5. Refunds

  1. Processing Time:

    • After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email (within 3 business days) whether your refund is approved.

  2. Refund Method & Timing:

    • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

    • Banks and credit card issuers may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

  3. Delays:

    • If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please email sales.rooter@gmail.com.
