1. Returns & Refunds

Condition of Returned Items

Must be in the exact condition you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

You must enclose your original receipt or order confirmation.

How to Initiate a Return

Email sales.rooter@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will confirm eligibility within 2 business days and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

For approved returns, we will email you a prepaid shipping label for delivery via our designated courier partner.

Items shipped back without prior RMA approval will be refused.

2. Damages & Incorrect Items

Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

Reporting Issues: If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong product, contact sales.rooter@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

We will assess the issue and, if valid, arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost to you.
3. Non-Returnable & Excluded Items
The following cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged:

Opened software, digital downloads or sealed media products

4. Exchanges

To exchange an item, please initiate a return as above.

Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email (within 3 business days) whether your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks and credit card issuers may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
